Director
With a career spanning a period over 25 years, Tim’s extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors includes a number of high-profile Major Projects within the Midlands and London as well as other schemes across the UK.
Through leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers, fellow professionals and regulators on projects through the planning and design stages, Tim is adept at providing high-level strategic advice to Clients and engaging effectively with key stakeholders. He has gained a keen appreciation of the challenges and risks that are typical in major projects, such as his ability to solve critical path issues on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and politically sensitive developments like Strand East, London. Also includes Nuclear MOD projects of significant strategic importance to the UK.
Determination and dedication
Tim started his career in the British Army which has underpinned his skills as a natural leader with the ability to manage difficult situations and give confidence to others that delivery is achievable.
Determination and dedication to drive that through to completion is second nature with the ability to apply sensitivity and a more politically minded approach when required.
