A Register for Certified Building Safety Managers
The Building Safety Alliance is a newly created ‘not for profit’ organisation which will deliver a publicly accessible register of Certified Building Safety Managers.
This register is a fall out from the Building Safety Bill and also recommended by Dame Judith Hackitt in her building safety report.
The Fire Protection Association (FPA) played a key role in the working group (WG8) that developed the competency requirements.
This is another step closer to raising the bar in Fire Safety and setting competency levels within the industry. Well done to the FPA for being part of this and we at Ergo are pleased to be a member of the FPA.
